The offer is valid for customers who sign a new contract or renew with Digicom during the promotional period.
The contract duration is 24 months from the service activation date.
The 1,000 ALL/month promotional price is valid only for the first 6 months for the 500 Mbps, 1 Gbps, and 2.5 Gbps packages.
After the first 6 months, the standard price of the chosen package will apply:
- 500 Mbps – 1,390 ALL/month
- 1 Gbps – 1,690 ALL/month
- 2.5 Gbps – 3,290 ALL/month
Yes. Prices for Internet + TV packages are updated according to the standard rates of the chosen plan.
Installation fees, modem warranty, and STB OTT device warranty apply according to the contract terms. For the 2.5 Gbps package, customers will pay a 6,000 lek refundable deposit for the modem.
For contract renewal, if the customer chooses to replace their equipment, a 2,000 ALL installation/configuration fee applies.
